Ridgegate is where we live, where our children grow up and play, and where we spend most of our time. Through RRA, we are able to build community, build spirit, and ensure that we live in a warm and caring neighbourhood. In a large urban centre like Toronto, safety and security are always a concern. By being involved in the community and knowing our neighbours, we are able to keep watch over each other.

Our homes probably represent our largest personal investment or asset. Investment protection and growth are always at the back of our minds. A well kept neighbourhood and a strong community spirit help make neighbourhoods desirable and sought after, which can lead to growth in property values.

The announcement of Sanofi Pasteur’s plans to further develop their property led to the rebirth of RRA in 2010. We have established RRA as the recognized voice of Ridgegate homeowners by the City of Toronto and other stakeholders, like Sanofi. As we face the challenges of development of Sanofi lands around us, it is vitally important that all residents of Ridgegate join together in RRA to ensure that this development is in harmony with our values and lifestyles. United in a strong Association, we are able to ensure that our interests are considered and protected regarding all issues that affect our neighbourhood; alone we are powerless.
