Dufferin & Steeles
First Capital Realty, the owners of 1881 Steeles Avenue West (southeast corner of Dufferin and Steeles), has applied for a change to the Zoning By-law to allow for the construction of five residential/retail buildings (1171 units in total as well as parking for 1206 cars). RRA will be working with Councillor James Pasternak and Sanofi to advocate for our best interests and address our concerns.
Developer Tenblock has submitted a proposal for its property at 1875 Steeles Avenue West to the City of Toronto for a redevelopment that will bring some 800 residential units to the site, including inviting existing residents to return to new modern units.
